How to Enroll in the KPP Portal (as a Bidder)

The online registration process for bidders on the KPP Portal is straightforward

Visit the KPP Portal:

Go to Karnataka Government

Complete Online Registration:
  • Fill in the required details and submit the registration form on the portal.
  • Approval by CeG, Government of Karnataka:
  • Once your registration is reviewed and approved by the Centre for e-Governance (CeG), you will receive confirmation.
Login and Access:

Use your approved login ID to access the portal and participate in e-Procurement activities.

Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) Requirement:

Ensure you have a valid Class 3 DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) with only a Signing Certificate, which must be mapped to the portal for authentication and bid submissions.
